When does a Yeast infection go away?

Guy has a yeast infection for a while. if he does natural remedies to cure it, how long will it take to cure and how will we know if he has no symptoms now?
We know he has it cause his girlfriend had unprotected sex with him while having a yeast infection many times.

I don’t agree with Mommy, male do get yeast infections on different part of their bodies where the conditions are favorable, mostly in the genital area and skin folds.
It is best to treat the infection naturally to kill it from inside, and there are many natural methods that require a long answer.

It’s not very common for a male to have a yeast infection, regardless of having unprotected sex with a female while she has a yeast infection. The male urethra is just not as hospitable as a vagina.
Regardless of the "natural remedies" used, the only way to know for sure if it is gone is the be checked by a doctor. Unless he is having an odd discharge, consider that it was never there…
