What would happen if a yeast infection is left untreated for a little less than a week?

is it too late to start treatment? what would work best and how long would it take?

It’ll just get more itchy and painful. It’s not too late to start treatment. The over -the-counter creams work fine, or you can call your doctor to get the pill, which you take only once, and it takes a couple of days to clear it up.
