what vitamins can i take or what foods can i eat to prevent bacterial vaginal infections?

i have been getting bv for the past few months and i am given metronidazole. which then gives me yeast infections but doesnt cure my bv.

The foods you eat have nothing to do with getting/preventing bacterial vaginosis. Avoid having multiple sex partners and douching.
Also a compromised amune system. Those are known causes of BV.
There is a product that is sold over the counter called RePhresh. It’s a gel, or cream, that is inserted vaginally like the metrogel. What the RePhresh does is help balance your pH…which is why you keep getting infections. If you use this product as directed..it should really help to prevent the BV from returning so rapidly. Your doctor may have samples of this, in case you want to call and ask.
Yogurt with active cultures will help prevent yeast infections!
