What Is More Effective, Diflucan or Monistat 3? -yeast infection?

Which of the two medicines is more effective in treating yeast infections? And can you use them simultaneously?
ANY tips to relieve the itching? Grrrrrr

Diflucan always works for me, every time.
I find it much more pleasant than Monistat. For some reason, Monistat makes me burn; badly. I find it very uncomfortable. Monistat 3 gives me the most trouble, I guess because it’s stronger than 7? I’m not exactly sure why.
My only advice is to absolutely not scratch the area. It makes it hurt and itch even worse. Make sure you dry yourself well after you get out of the shower, too.
