I would go to the pharmacy and get the cream.
I have tried the natural methods in the past to try to get rid of thrush ( I used to get it a lot from being on antibiotics) – and they are messy and don't work.
Get the clotrimazole cream (works quickest) and also take the fluconazole tablet. They are cheaper if you don't but the cannesten brand.
If it doesn't clear in a few days or gets worse go to the doctor.
In the mean time where loose clothing ( underwear and trousers).
Go get the medication, or your vagina will rot, and you will never enjoy sex or have babies.
Try and use aloe vera and cole use it when it is cold. Eat yogurt as well
What fights yeast? Generally:
- eating or applying directly to the vagina, sugar free or low sugar unsweetened yogurt. Yeast loves sugar so it wont work if you feed it sugar.
- drinking acidophilus and bifidus milk available in most grocery stores.
- over the counter probiotic pills or tablets.
Any yogurt or milk should have "live active cultures" printed on the side. It's good bacteria that fights the bad bacteria and keeps not only your digestive tract in good health but also helps the vagina maintain pH balance. Bacterial peace.
You should definately get tested if things don't improve. Please remember that a yeast infection can be passed back and forth between you and your partner. You need time for it to clear up. Several days at least and he also may want to enjoy some yogurt and milk.
crazy sounding home remedy does involve yogurt but you are supposed to smear it on your vaginal area. i have no proof that this actually works though. it may help to soak in a hot bath, but do not add bubbles and donot use soap that may have perfume in it. get some dial or other antibiotic soap to use. also make sure you keep the area clean and dry. wear cotton undies if you can instead of synthetic fabrics. Also, if you are not better in a few days, you may need to get checked by a doctor. A few years ago i thought i had a yeast infection and was trying to treat myself with otc meds but i kept getting worse. when i finally went to see a doctor i found out that it was genital herpes not a yeast infection and all i had done was to irritate it more. you could check out some women's helath sites also, those are usually pretty helpful.
Of course medicine hasn't been around for years, so women had to deal with yeast infections without medication. However, if you are not sure if you have one or not, you should see a doctor before you attempt to treat it. You should take their suggestions. Monistat is the most common medicine to treat yeast infections, but there are some home remedies, Again, I wouldn't try them unless you are sure it is a yeast infection.

That website also has other good information regarding yeast infections and what you can do about them.
I highly suggest going to the store and getting monostate. It will cure it and the $ you will pay will be worth it.
Here are listed a couple of the home remedies for yeast infection:
· Regularly daubing apple cider vinegar in the areas prone to this infection. Your can add some garlic to stop the itchy feeling; and water to dilute the vinegar concentration
· Curds or yogurt is regarded as one of the best home remedies. In fact, it is advisable to soak a tampon into curds and place it in the infected region for at least an hour. Basically, the healthy required bacteria from the curds will replace the unhealthy yeast bacteria. This could be repeated twice to thrice a day.
· Drink at least two glasses of buttermilk a-day, whether infected or not. In fact making curds a part of the daily diet in take reduces the probability of yeast infection.
· Mixture of olive leaf extract with grapefruit seed extraction a glass of water is a good curative tonic for this infection.
The best thing to do is to go to walgreens and get monistat. That for sure 100% will cure it if you have a viginal infection and you dont need any parents to buy it.
-cramberry juice.
-change your tampom regularly
-wipe front and back.(not back and then front)
