vaginal infection went away but spread to my thighs?
ok I had a vaginal infection at first it was just red and itchy then it swelled like crazy in became unbearably pain full I couldn’t even walk. it started peeling and bleeding and it only targeted the clit and lip area.. i was tested for every std but came back neg at first they thought it was yeast infection but there was no yeast and every yeast treatment failed. i had this for about a month and a half. eventually i treated it with neosporn and it slowly went away. think all i have there now is a UTI. but right before it healed i developed a rash on the inside of my thighs, i thought it was just a heat rash so i treated it with my kids dipper rash cream. but it just gets worse . using neosporn noe but it started out itchy and then it started swelling and now it its peeling bad and bleeding…. i’ve been avoiding clothing down there so its now an allergic reaction to cloths and my doctors cant seem to figure it out.. i’ve got kids to take care of please someone help…

Were you tested for Herpes? I assume so, but just in case you might to call Dr. to be certain. As for treatment here is what I recommend go to a health food store and get a bottle of essential oil called Tea Tree Oil. It has to be stored in glass so if you find a product with Tea Tree Oil in it that is not stored in glass it is not pure or strong enough to address your issue. Also get a carrier oil to mix with it if you cannot tolerate it straight. Ask the clerk of the store you go to which one would be most suitable, usually coconut or olive is good.
Test for an allergic reaction to the unmixed Tea Tree Oil by putting a small dab of it on the inside of your wrist and wait 15 minutes to see if you get a reaction. If you do not then get some cotton balls or Q-tips saturate with the Tea Tree Oil and apply to a small area to see again if you get a reaction. You will get a warming sensation in the genital area and that is normal, with no other pain or itching. If you are able to tolerate the oil in pure form apply more liberally to the affected areas.
If you cannot tolerate in pure form mix with the carrier oil, use about 10 drops of Tea Tree to an ounce of the carrier oil. Most people are not allergic to carrier oils but you should still test first as with the pure oil. Apply every time you use the bathroom or change clothes.
Do some research about Tea Tree Oil on the web so you can see why it is so effective. To get you started I’ll tell you that Tea Tree Oil is an anti-fungal, anti-viral, anti-bacterial, pain relieving agent. It will kill staff in the test tube in 30 seconds. I use for yeast infections by applying to a tampon.
Please do your own research before using and keep it out of the reach of your children and pets for it is toxic if ingested. Never put it in the ears it will rupture the eardrum. While it a natural product it does have to be used with caution. Most people never use it in it’s pure form as I do. If you decide you like it and want to find a reliable source at a reasonable price order it from Puritan’s Pride Vitamin Catalog. Because at most health food store you will pay 10-12.00 for 1/2 to 1 ounce. Puritans has 2oz. for 12.99 and usually buy one get one free, or buy 2 get 3 free. I always have it in my first aid kit. Use it to kill lice as well. It also relieves and clears herpes outbreaks.
Hope this helps. Research different essential oils and their uses for different conditions.
EDIT: If applying to large areas of skin use the carrier oil with it to be sure you do not get a bad reaction. Tea Tree Oil penetrates the skin very quickly and is absorbed into the bloodstrem as well. If you put a dab below your bottom lip you will taste it in your mouth in a few seconds. To treat an ear infection you apply to area around outside of ear and below it it penetrates and relieves the pain because it is absorbed. Where as pouring into the ear would be too strong an application and cause rupture. I apply to chest and throat when I have a cough to fight the infection whether viral or bacterial. But it does smell like turpentine and some cannot stand the smell. For me, the relief is worth it.
Over the years, I have personally found that use of pharmaceuticals more often than not sets one up for more problems, even if the initial problem seems to get taken care of. Instead of helping to rebalance the body & thus aid it to heal itself, they cause more imbalance, & thus more ‘dis’-ease.
I am wondering whether Coconut Oil (Raw, Organic, Extra-Virgin).
". . . Coconut Oil:
– Reduces inflammation and immune response caused by allergies
– Kills certain bacteria, viruses, fungi, yeast, and other disease causing germs
– Supports immune system function
– Helps to heal wounds . . . [etcetera]"

It can be both taken internally & applied topically.
