to cure a yeast infection, can i use plain all natural yogurt which has 17 grams of sugar in it?
i have a yeast infection. it is the first one ive ever gotten. i have had it since june or july of 2009. i have tried to cure it with monistat 7 but it didnt work. it only made itching worse. I am going to try the yogurt treatement, and i bought plain all natural yogurt, but it has 17 grams of sugar in it?! it has active cultures though. Can I still use it? also, do i apply it straight out of the fridge or do i let it sit outside so it can be room temperature when i apply it? and how much do i apply?
thanks!

Yogurt will help but I don’t think it will cure it. You need to go to your Dr. He has a little pill that you can take that will get rid of it. Don’t suffer with it any more.It could spread to other areas in your body.
they only true way to cure them is through antibiotics via your doctor. since you’ve had one so long i would say it is imperative you see a doctor because a yeast infection can mimic other infections/complications.
