I thought I had a yeast infection so last night I went to the store and bought an over the counter medication for yeast infections. When I woke up this morning my vagina including the inside was very swollen, red, and it's starting to have a bloody wetness to it. Could this be an allergic reaction or do I need to go to the hospital? I do not have insurance so I can't go to the doctor. What should I do?

I asked if any one has ever used it, not how you get a yeast infection nor how to prevent them. I am fully aware of those issues. I am very sensitive to certain soaps and used one at a friends house without thinking. Which of course caused my ph balance to go "off whack". My ob/gyn says because of my sensitive condition, maye it would be best to try ahomeopathic treatment. I just wanted to know if anyone ever tried that product. Thanx alot guys!

hello. are these symptoms a yeast infection or are they something else?
- VERY dry vagina, no natural lube present
- VERY itchy and uncomfortable vagina, can barely sit without squirming around
- I usually get my period around now but instead when I went pee all that came out is brown type discharge. I have to wear a pad.
I am 26 yr. old virgin so I know it's not an STD. Does anyone know any home remedies for this? I've never been to a gyno. TY.

I got my first pap a couple days ago and it was the most AWFUL moment of my life! I was crying and freaking out, I dont know if it was pain or just extremely uncomfortable. I do have BV and a yeast infection (gross i know)…would that cause pain and discomfort during a pap? Im just scared to go back and have my doctor say I have cancer!
