can having a yeast infection for a while (like 2 months) give me casual cuts on my perineum (the part between my but whole and vagina area). or is it the symptom to something else??

i only use natural remedies, i inserted yogurt last night (my first night) and planning to do a few more nights to see how it goes. that is the treatment for the inside but what do i do for the outside area? can i apply yogurt as a cream on it?

I am so frustrated that this pill (Augmentin) I am taking for my sinuses has given me a yeast infection in my rectal region. I just learned it’s a side effect.
