It begun as a vaginal yeast infection so I rinsed with cool water frequently and kept it clean – no soap for a little while and loose cool clothing. Then I went to the doctor – almost 10 days into the yeast infection and she gave me this one take pill that was suppose to take full effect 25 hours after taking. The swelling and inflammation and open sores all went way down and are almost gone as is. There is still that tough to get out little white almost oval shaped yeast in the creases of the vaginal area and in the center. Only noticing as of this morning the center of the vaginal area "exploded " in a way; the center of the vaginal area had a large clump of white mushy chunky stuff. This happened twice today. Of course I rinsed. The second time I rinsed my mom recommended to try using soap – an all natural moisturizing vegetable oil and goat milk for sensitive soap. This worked nicely.
>>>>Anyway my concern is that the yeast is growing on my Tongue, on different areas of my skin and I suspect inside of me as well. My lips (on my face) feel so chapped and parched it’s kind of painful to move them – it is yeast though. What do I do about this sort of situation? How do I cure a yeast infection that literally seems to be just about everywhere inside me and on me?
I scrape my tongue and rinse off new growth frequently(body rinse and tongue rinsing too – always separate ). I even use a soap that seems to be helping.
The entire house has been cleaned today – and cleaned well.
I am 16. I have been sexually active before. What do I do to get rid of this yeast infection?
Please help quickly.
>> The sores have cleared up
>> now the yeast is just growing just about everywhere in and on me

I heard by orally taking acidophilus 2 times daily it can cure a yeaste infection and vaginal bacterial infection. But I also heard inserting acidophilus capsules, it also does the same job but better. Does acidophilus really work as people say?

i’m starting to wonder that maybe i got my body used to taking antibiotics and that OTC medications won’t work really much. i’ve been on antibiotics twice in 3 months for different reasons and the second time was prolonged.
i got that side-effect that may come with it called "yeast infection" (yay for me), a last night, i shoved in the OTC vaginal yeast infection "monostat 1". i put on some cream that comes with it but burned like hell so i’m not putting it on anymore.
BUT, last times i got a yeast infection and did that (monostat 1), before going to bed, when i woke-up, it were ALWAYS pretty much gone (the symptoms at least). on the paper it says it could take 1-3 days before symptoms go away, and some less than 24 hours. but for me it’s ALWAYS been less that 24 hours.
and i’m pretty sure it’s only a yeast infection: just finished anti-biotics, itchy, burning, cottage cheese. no smell though. it sucks cuz i don’t have anyother risks: i always where coton boxers, never wear anything tight, always dry completely after taking a bath or swimming, never on birth control pills, no stds, etc.
but like, what is it? what should i do? if this treatment ain’t gonna work. i reeeeally don’T feel like taking antibiotics again just for a fucking yeast infection. i’m trying out different tricks like, vinegar baths, drinking lots of water, easy on the sugar, LOTS of plain yogurt, etc. life could be worse than this but it’s just reeeeally annoying.

Around mid may I got what I assumed was a yeast infection. The normal cottage cheese and itchy vulva nastiness occured, and I got a treatment al WalGreens.
These past three days it has progressed to a mixture of thick and watery brownish red vaginal discharge and itchyness all over my vulva area. Are there any STD’s or infections this is a common symptom of? I can’t find anything on medical websites, and this is my last resort before I head off to the doctor.
