I have these symptoms:

- White cottage cheese like discharge
- A small change in odor. I have had BV before and the odor was way worse when i had it compared to now
- Almost unbearable itching on the inside of my vagina lips

I have had these symptoms for almost a week now, and today it just started feeling very uncomfortable, kinda dry and it burns to the touch, it feels very irritated. I looked with a mirror and i see no redness or spots though

I started inserting Yeast Gard tablets 2 days ago, and since then i have notice there isn’t as much discharge, but the symptoms are still the same. It is a 7 day medicine so i still have 5 days..

I thought this could be a yeast infection, but are these the symptoms of a yeast infection or something else?

What are the signs?
CAN YOU GET THEM FOR NO REASON AT ALL??
I haven’t done anything to get one, is it possible to get one for no reason?
