I’m 15 years old and this is my first time getting one of these. I’ve had it for about a month now and it’s driving me crazy. First i researched everything i needed to know about it. First I changed my diet to were i eat ALOT of plain yogurt with billions of live active cultures( ive eaten about 5 tubs of it) and cutting sugar completely out of my diet (and fewer carbs). I got it for using scented soap down there. Then i went to the store and bought the monistat 3, but i took advantage of it and ate all i could XD. So that caused it to fail. Then like a week later i tried the 1 dose and i don’t know if it worked because im still itching. My discharge is clear but the yeast seems to be only on the outside.. i tried pouring vingar on it but that just caused me to cry and scream..
Today i went to the store and bought another brand called "Natures Cure" it was alot more expensive than the monistat 7 and it came with natural tablets that balance the yeast in your body, relieve itching and other symptoms, and it cures it, it also came with 3 doses of 200mg suppositories and the external itching cream. should i use it? i know i have a yeast infection but i think it’s just on the outside. should i use it anyway? or does someone know of something that can cure the outside? natural tips would be good since not all over the counter items seem to be working for me.
P.S. going to the doctor is completely out of the question for me!!
I do not have a mom and if i tell my dad he will automatically assume that i am having sex and he’ll beat the crap out of me XD

It’s incredibly embarrassing to have to ask this, but I’m on antibiotics and I believe I’ve developed a yeast infection in my anus. And Holy God, the itching!
Anyway, I’m desperate for a cure, but I haven’t found anything that addresses that area specifically. I believe it’s creeping forward and slowly becoming a vaginal yeast infection as well. I’ve treated those in the past with over the counter treatments and that’s what I’m planning to do again. However, what about the butt? Should I get the same treatment suppositories or internal creams that are used for the vagina or just treat it externally with creams?
One thing is I’m not certain it’s a yest infection, either. The antibiotics are for treatment of an ulcer, so they have killed off EVERYTHING in my stomach, and likely in my digestive tract as well. I find myself now having bowl movements every several hours to every several minutes. When I initially began the treatment it was like excreting liquid fire, but that has subsided and now it’s just uncomfortable due to the persistent itch.
Sorry for the graphic nature of the post, but I’m desperate to treat this and wanted to provide accurate information.
Should I treat it as a yeast infection (and how do I do that?), or should I just treat it with some anti-itch formula for the time being and weight out the antibiotics to see if it goes away?
Serious, semi-educated replies only. (anecdotal stories count!)
I appreciate the comments, however I can’t take a probiotic and should not be eating yogurt because of the bacteria in it. I need to keep any and all bacteria out of my stomach so the ulcer will heal with no further infection. As for a doctor, it’s not really an option. I don’t have the money to go and no insurance.
Thanks.

Ok, so I think i have a yeast infection…yuck. Its not my first, I think I get them alot but I don’t know what alot is. Anyway, on the box it says;
"Ask a docor before use if you have lower abdominal, back, or shoulder pain, fever, chills, nausea, vomitting, or foul-smelling discharge."
Why does it say that? What are those signs of? I have all the symptoms of yeast infection (white discharge, itching, and painful sex) and also most of the above symptoms (Bad pain in lower abdomin, SEVERE shoulder pain, back pain, nausea and vomitting almost daily for 2-3 months, foul odor) I tohught they weren’t even related, I would have never thought they were related! Especially since the other symptoms have been going on for a few months and the yeast infection symptoms have only been a week or 2. Whats going on?
Oh, and the medicine I got is OTC Monistat 3 suppositories. I don’t have medical insurance right now but I am a little worried because I have been trying to get pregnant for years and I haven’t had a period since may 1st, tested negative on 3 hpts.

Alright, so I’m 17 and like… 99.9 sure I have a yeast infection, I have every single symptom associated with it. I’m planning on getting Monistat 7, the cream, to treat it. Does the cream actually work? Or should I get the suppositories (I heard they can cause some painful side effects though). What would you recommend for the best cure?
