I just got my pills to insert for my infection but i had sex earlier today. I was wondering should i still start the medication, because my doctor said not to have sex for 6 days. I think she meant not to have sex if i already started the treatment because it is for 6 days but am not really sure. Should i start it tonight or tomorrow night?
Oh yea and can my partner get it. it was unprotected sex because am pregnant.

I belive I have a vaginal yeast infection.
The entire area iches like you’d never belive and burns a little. No foul smelling discharge, but a little different smelling then normal. Burns a little when I urinate, but I think that’s just because of they itchy rash from the infection.

I got medication for it. It’s in a tube that you insert into your vagina and push the cream up. Resembling a tampon.
My opening is very very small. I generally can’t use tampons because it hurts. Yes, it will stretch over time. But this is a three day treatment. Is there any other way to get rid of this infection?
I used the first tube last night at 4am. I haven’t noticed a difference yet.
I’m looking for another way to heal this, since using this tube is VERY painful.
