"For years, I was plagued by chronic yeast infections, including but not limited to: rashes, weight gain, insomnia, acne, constipation, chronic fatigue, depression, sensitivity to chemicals, you name it. After following your program, I had made a significant progress. My thrush, acne and rashes had vanished. My skin had almost completely cleared up. I hadn't looked that good in 15 years. I felt rejuvenated, energized, happier and so much healthier.. "

I think I might have a yeast infection because I’m having the itching, burning, and kinda swollen feeling down there. I first noticed it last night and it’s been pretty steady throughout the day today. I want to know if there is a way to take care of it without going to a doctor or taking any type of medicines. Will it eventually go away on its own?

So I have a vaginal yeast infection, and I also believe I have oral thrush. I just went to my OBGYN today and got a prescripation for fluconazole for "down there," but what about my oral thrush? Will this help cure it, too? Or do I have to make an appointment with my regular doctor to get rid of it?
