What exactly is yeast infection? I've been itching lately, and I'm worried. I don't want to see a gynecologist, and I don't want to tell my mom. Are there at-home remedies? Please help.

I've tried monistat 3 times now and I cannot shake a yeast infection. I went to the doctor and was diagnosed with it and she prescribed me a pill. I've taken the pill before and it did not work. I am not spending 70 bucks on a stupid pill that doesn't even work. Are there any home remedies that I can try?

hello. are these symptoms a yeast infection or are they something else?

- VERY dry vagina, no natural lube present

- VERY itchy and uncomfortable vagina, can barely sit without squirming around

- I usually get my period around now but instead when I went pee all that came out is brown type discharge. I have to wear a pad.
