I’m a lesbian. When I was with my girlfriend last, she said that my vagina had an odd smell. I know that she’s had a Yeast infection for the last few months or so, but it’s not supposed to be spreadable through sexual intercourse. Every day since now, when I pee, there’s a burning sensation. Today when I checked, I found that I was abnormally wet. It was this whitish stuff when I put my finger in there and checked it out. It was a little bubbly. I checked for a rash, but I didn’t see one.
I really don’t feel comfortable seeing a doctor about this, because I don’t want this doctor or my parents knowing about my sex life. Please help! Treatments? I know that they’re available without a prescription.

I’m showing no signs or symptoms of having a yeast infection, I’ve never had one before to my knowledge.
My girlfriend swears I have one because every time we’re intimate (we have unprotected sex, been together for a while and she’s taking birth control), she gets irritated or a slight infection herself.
So I’m wondering why I am not showing any signs or symptoms of having a yeast infection if I have one. This has been happening for approximately 4 months.

The inside of my cheeks, the roof of my mouth and the tip of my tongue burns. There’s no "cottage cheese" or white stuff to be seen. I already get occasional cold sores on my upper lip so I know it’s not caused by oral herpes. What is it? My girl has occasional yeast infections. Could I have gotten it from her (even though I don’t go down on her)? Very annoying and a little concerning!!!

My boyfriend has been taking an antibiotic for a while now and we recently found out that he has a yeast infection. He has been having testicular pain as well and we were wondering: Could that be from the yeast infection or should we be worried about something more serious?
The antibiotic is a 1 week treatment for chlamydia, which he got from his previous girlfriend, the only girl he’s ever had sex with.
