my dog has ear yeast infection, what are some home remedies to curing my dogs ear yeast infection without having to go to the vet and spending a fortune. could someone please answer this for me. my dad feeds him 5 hot dogs everyother day, ive told him not to but he just doesnt get how dangerous this is, & could someone also tell me what makes hot dogs bad for dogs???

Does anybody know of any over the counter medicine for dogs that can be used to cure yeast infections? Right know he is using Virbac Epi-Otic advanced ear cleanser, that was prescribed by the vet. He was also prescribed an ointment by the vet, but the ointment made it worse. I have an appointment on the 15th of july and I wanted to try an over the counter medicine…. He’s a beagle. Thanks.
he has a prescribed ointment but he is not responding well. Only one of his ear is clearing up with the ointment the other is getting stinkier and redder….

I would really like to know how other people PREVENT (not cure) yeast infections from happening, epically while pregnant since our hormones are all out of whack.
Ahh thank you for the personal experience! I use to eat a lot of yogurt and got tired of it =/, I had to take antibiotics for an ear infection which made me have a super bad yeast infection that causes BV, not fun.
But, I love yogurt, I just got tired of it for a period of a year or so.
