I need to know something. Can yeast infections be cured? I have an it for 7 years and it seems I can`t cure it. Can u help me out? I`ve been to many, many doctors and tried a lot of treatments…What do u advice me to do? Maybe if u could give me your e-mail I could tell u all about it. Ty!

no I`m not sexually active and I have no relief of treatment.
No diabetis history in my familly or me, I already started a sugar free and no carbs diet, but it`s not working much.It`s been a week since I`ve started it, in fact, I`m drinking a lot of low fat milk everyday, I also eat a lot of fish, chicken but no skin, eggs and from time to time a salad with everything in it. I don`t drink sodas anymore, not even this, but if I do, I drink a coke zero, at 3-4 days and chew sugarfree chewingumm. I also begun to wask the affected `aria` using no soap or whatsoever, just to be sure, but plenty of water.
Still, no improovement. I think I will never cure it, and if I don`t, does this affect fertility and also can I have complications in time? I repeat, I have this for few years now, and nothing seams to work anymore. ( I lost my faith!

I Went to the doctors about a month ago to get a PAP smear done because i had this intense metallic odor/discharge/burning. She said it was a yeast infection. So i did a monostat 3 day treatment that didnt help, took a one time only pill that didnt help, and she finally gave me some antibiotics. But recently the discharge has come back and now the smell and burning has too. Do i have something more?

Im going to give you a little background info first.
I am 24 and have been suffering from chronic Bacterial Vaginosis for 7 years. I have tried every prescription under the sun (metro-gel, clindess, Boric Acid, Flagyl, etc). All they seem to do is get rid of it till my monthly cycle comes then BAM, back to where I started. Also, with using the antibiotics I just end up replacing the BV with a yeast infection and then my monthly comes around and guess what?!?!? Yep, BV again! All my doctors can basically do is give me the antibiotics and wish me luck. I have stopped taking birth control pills (since that can cause infections) and have stopped smoking. I am at my wits end and I am just about to give up on finding something that works and just live with it. I’ll be honest, I get it anywhere from 8-13 times a year and I’m sick of throwing money down the drain.

What did you do to cure your chronic BV? Do you have any other recommendations? I have been doing research for years now and the only things I have not tried are the natural remedies. TIA

I have this infection for almost a year now. I have had blood test done. Std checks done. My yeast will not go away. Last summer I was on antibiotics and I didn’t finish it and I got the yeast infection that will not go away. So anybody please if there is a cure or remedy that you have tried let me know. Doctors do not know what to do for me anymore. I have gone to two different Doctors. They didn’t even know I had yeast until I came back home from college a Doctor said you have yeast. Ever since then it is incurable. I have tried yeast diet, natural products, not having sex, research after research, insert all kind of remedies inside my private parts. I have researched online to see what other people have done and nothing has worked. I am feeling depressed over this. pleaseee help. please help me. tell other type of Doctor beside a gyno. All them keep testing me and ugh. I’m tired.

ok I had a vaginal infection at first it was just red and itchy then it swelled like crazy in became unbearably pain full I couldn’t even walk. it started peeling and bleeding and it only targeted the clit and lip area.. i was tested for every std but came back neg at first they thought it was yeast infection but there was no yeast and every yeast treatment failed. i had this for about a month and a half. eventually i treated it with neosporn and it slowly went away. think all i have there now is a UTI. but right before it healed i developed a rash on the inside of my thighs, i thought it was just a heat rash so i treated it with my kids dipper rash cream. but it just gets worse . using neosporn noe but it started out itchy and then it started swelling and now it its peeling bad and bleeding…. i’ve been avoiding clothing down there so its now an allergic reaction to cloths and my doctors cant seem to figure it out.. i’ve got kids to take care of please someone help…
