On the 5th I was diagnosed as having bacterial vaginosis, and my gynocologist put me on a 5-day vaginal gel antibiotic. 4 days after I had completely finished the antibiotics I was in the shower when I noticed a white clumpy gritty discharge, much to the consistency of wet paper. There was a good amount of it and it had no odor. I’ve never seen this before and it scared me half to death! I looked around on the web and it seems that that type of discharge is commonly associated with a yeast infection. The only thing is, I don’t have any other yeast infection symptoms – like itching or burning or anything, there’s none of that. So what is this? I talked to my gyno on the phone and she was just as confused. I have an appointment tomorrow. Any ideas?

Does anybody know of any over the counter medicine for dogs that can be used to cure yeast infections? Right know he is using Virbac Epi-Otic advanced ear cleanser, that was prescribed by the vet. He was also prescribed an ointment by the vet, but the ointment made it worse. I have an appointment on the 15th of july and I wanted to try an over the counter medicine…. He’s a beagle. Thanks.
he has a prescribed ointment but he is not responding well. Only one of his ear is clearing up with the ointment the other is getting stinkier and redder….

I don’t think I’ve ever had one and I don’t want to make a doctors appointment if its just a yeast infection.

Help.. I am having this bright yellow discharge. im on birth control pills..
I first thought it was a yeast infection but it didnt clear up after an over the counter treatment. Can it be allergy? i changed my detergent and since then… its been kinda sore down there. I would make a doc appointment but my boyfriend is coming in two days so i dont want to be taking any antibiotic till he is gone.. is this ok?
I know it cannnot be an STD..

I had external symtoms of yeast infection for a while (i mean a really long while..:D ) and suddenly 3-4 days ago, the external itching and burning while urination has stopped and i have abdominal pains, joint pains, frequent headaches (mild) and these sort of things. What is going on? I have appointment with gyno tomorrow morning. Will it get any worse by then? Is there any fatality? Plz help..Im all confused..:(
