i cannot get rid of a yeast infection?

hello i think i am experiencing a terrible yeast infection, i used to medicine from walgreens that makes it go away in 24 hours but it not gone and its been way longer than 24 hours, i have had this for about three days now and its getting annoying! it seems to be getting worse. I know the whole dont wear tight clothes or thongs but i do neither so i am wondering if there is a way to get this to hurry up and go away or if it just has to run its course. Also does when you scratch it make it worse or not? any suggestions would be GREATLY appreciated…i have been using irish spring soap and also no antibiotics. i have no insurance so i am not going to the dr.for this this cream i got is helping the itch a little but i am sore and i dont think the cream CURES the infection thx…also i am not on any medication or the pill, i do however work at a tanning salon and i clean the beds good before myself or anyone else tans in them but could that be a reason?

Yeast infection and vaginal odor?

I started treatment yesterday for a vaginal yeast infection (nearly 24 hours ago) and now I notice a strong smell when I go to the powder room. I wasn’t one hundred percent sure that this was a yeast infection, but as I’ve had similar symptoms before and treated it as such with success, I decided to do the same again. Anyhow, I wanted to know if this odor is normal during treatment for yeast infection. I didn’t notice any odor before I started treatment, just itching, burning, soreness, and pain during sex and sometimes during urination. 34 weeks pregnant. Thanks for any help!
