Please help me with my Bacterial vaginosis?
i no the best thing to do is to go to the doctor, but here’s my story. i went to the dr a yr ago 2 cure what i wasnt sure was a yeast infection or bv. I am in my early 20s and am not sexually active so i never went to the gyno b4 so this was very uncomfortable and embarrassing. anyway i went i told her my symptoms and she told me it sounded like a yeast infection and checked me and then did the standard procedure of cotton swabbing the area-which the point of is to tell you for sure what you have-it was made worse by the fact tht i realy did not like her.well i was given meds and sure enough they didnt work. things honestly came up n i couldnt go when i realized the meds didnt work. i no now 4 sure that it is bv and not a yeast infection no thanx to the dr which is another thing that upset me they tested me and nve told me what i had. i have been 2 embarassed to go bak cuz of how long i waited and i have been lookn up natural cures on the internet i just want someone to give me a good natural cure and not yogurt cuz it doesnt work-please again help me i dont want to live with this anymore

Okay BV is (just for everybody’s info.) NOT a sexually transmitted disease STD. It is a vaginal infection caused by the pH of the vagina being out of whack. Alot of women get it from sitting in a hot tub. Hot moist areas harbor this bacteria. Recommendations are (if meds are being avoided) to wear loose fitting clothes such as dresses or skirts for this area to air out and to wear cotton underwear, keep dry, and shower everyday. Some experts recommend sleeping without undergarments. There are supplements on the market for those who gets this infection more than most. You can usually find these at health stores but typically if the right measures are taken, you will rid yourself in 4-5 days. There are also vaginal infection strips available now for woman to buy to test themselves without going to the doc. If all else fails though, definately go back and get the antibiotics! Good luck!
Stuff your embarrassment go to the doctors they won’t judge
Get a new doctor and tell that one about your bad experience…don’t even think about so called "natural cures" you have to talk to a doctor pronto.

1st – do not buy any antibiotic over the net that you haven’t had in the past. You could be allergic. And that could be life threating.
2nd – go to the doctor that you once went to and explain that you never heard back from them. And now…..
3rd – go to another Doctor.
Many home natural cure aren’t relaible, or the strength you need.
This can be serious for you. You must get to a doctors.
