Does anyone have any experience with an over the counter product that cures yeast infections quickly and effectively? So far I’ve heard of Monistat, Canisten, and Yeastgard. Thank you ![]()

Try douching with vinegar first.
Don’t douche. It messes up your pH in your vag. You’ll end up with more problems than you started with.
Vitanica used to make these "Yeast Arrest" capsules- and they were wonderful! OTC products, and even Diflucan doesn’t work for me, but these things did. HOWEVER, they changed their product from a dry capsule, to a greasy, oily thing that makes your vag smell like hippie for three days. It’s retarded. I can’t find the old formula either.
At any rate, women who can’t find relief through the normal methods, and after jumping from doctor to doctor, can usually find relief through boric acid. It’s not FDA regulated, because it’s a home/herbal type of thing I suppose- and it would be hard to tax. At any rate, you can buy boric acid in a little container from some drug stores. Dissolvable capsules you have to buy online. I use size 0, but some people use 00. Fill up a capsule, and use one in the morning and at night for a week, and see how things go.
