a vaginal discharge that looks like cottage cheese sometimes it can be a yellow/green discharge as well the odor is nasty and it itches sometimes burn when u pee.
other problems could be an urinary track infection (uti)
otc meds like monostat or other brands work ok but I’ve found depending on how severe it is that rx type meds like diflucan work better. diflucan is an oral rx that you take one or two pills but it stays in your system for approx. 7-14 days.
the same with the otc creams like monostat they have a variety of brands as well as days supply 1-3-7 depends on how bad it is.
Key note if you think u have one don’t have intercourse or have your partner do oral sex either as it can spread and you’ll be giving it to one another back and forth and that can go on forever unless both of you get treated at the same time
