I mean I know how to prevent yeast infections but just not when your on your period just recently cured one and I’m doing anything I can for it not to come back. I’m on my period now and it says to let the vagina breathe but how can I do that If I have to wear a pad 247 for about a week?

When our period comes, it will clean our system so the yeast infection should clear itself out. The thing that I do to prevent yeast infection from coming at all, is to take either 1 glass of cranberry juice or 1/4 cup of cranberries (not sure though if this is the recommended dosage, I just take whatever suits me) every alternate day; plus drinks lotsa water daily.
Well try tampons? thats all i know!?!?
If I am correct, I believe that the period is a time when the reproductive system is cleaned…I think that it would be very hard to get a yeast infection during a period.
No worries, your period will clear it up – i know it sucks, but just let nature run its course, then it will go away
Yes try a tampon and change it frequently. Also I would advise eating a lot of yogurt and drinking lots of water. If you have a great deal of them I would make an appt with your obgyn and make sure that is what you have and not some other type of infection. Or, you might need some stronger medication to get that yeast infection out of there. Seems like the 3 day course is not quite strong enough.
