You can try yogurt or take a bath with baking soda in it. That may help a little bit but if you want it to go away you need medication.
Listen, don’t be so scared okay? This happens to every woman and it’s not that serious. You really should talk to your mom. She may want you to see the doctor to confirm it is a yeast infection. Trying to treat it with over the counter medications isn’t always a good idea if you aren’t sure you have a yeast infection because they can actually give you a bacterial infection.
If your discharge is thick, white, and looks like cottage cheese it’s probably a yeast infection. You would also feel itchy and possibly sore.
It’s best to talk to your mom hon. She can advise you best on what to do because you are young and she can decide if you should see a doctor. You will be okay!
