U have to buy the medicine at the drug store or even your local supermarket (right where the tampons are) It a yeast infection medication like Monistat.. and there are all types of brands too. some are just for over night, some are 3 days, and some are even 7 day treatments.. just choose which would be easier for you, then follow the directions in the box. I know the treatments are at an average of less that 20 dollars some are only like 7 or 10 bucks too.
