How many days should one wait to have sex after using Monistat 3 to cure a yeast infection?

Last night I took the last dosage, but am still feeling some very minor symptoms of the infection. I didn’t have sex for the whole treatment. How long should I wait after the treatment to become sexually active?

Hi,
It is advised not have to have sexual intercourse during treatment with Monistat 3 suppositories. It is OK to have sexual intercourse once the treatment is over and symptoms are gone
. In your case since the symptoms are persisting even though they have gotten better it is best to wait for couple of more days. If the symptoms clear up it is fine but if they persist or get worse it is important to get a clinical evaluation done. Usually the symptoms clear up within 7 days of treatment.
Wait until all the symptoms are gone.
i would at least wait for 2 weeks. wait til all symtoms are gone. if you dont you could pass it to your partner and then he could transfer it back… then you do it all over again. so just be cautious. monostat never worked for me. and never cured it. it kept coming back. so now i use natural remedies and they work great!
