Hi,
yogurt can help a yeast infection, but it depends on what type of yogurt you use. The best one to use is a natural live yogurt which has lots of good bacteria in it, but the real key is to try and kill off the bad bacteria which caused the yeast infection in the first place.
Try mixing in some cider vinegar into your bath and sit there for a bit a couple of times a day. The acid in the vinegar will help to reduce the bad bacteria.
Another good yeast infection remedy is garlic, you can insert a small clove into your vagina before you go to sleep. The garlic will also help to kill the bad bacteria. I know it does not sound very appealing but it can work.
You can get a bit more information about how to get rid of a yeast infection at the resource below. I hope this helped. Take care.
