How do you cure a stubborn yeast infection?

I used the 3 day medicine, the 1 day medicine, and ate a ton of yogurt and it’s still itching like crazy and has this thick, yellowy discharge with no smell. It’s driving me insane. I’ve had it for a month now. I only have sex with my husband so I’m pretty sure it’s yeast. Will the doctor have a better medicine?

The doctor can prescribe you Diflucan (Fluconazole). You should start feeling relief the next day & be completely better within about 4 days.
In the meantime to stop the itching, wash yourself well, then dry yourself even better. Use a hairdryer on the cool setting for about 5 minutes to dry yourself as much as possible. Once you’re 100% dry get a big, big glob of Vaseline & smear it on.
Yeast thrives in a warm, moist environment. You can’t do anything about the warm, but the Vaseline keeps the moist out.
Make sure to wear a pad, because this will leave a greasy spot in your pants if you don’t.
