How can I cure my vaginal yeast infection in a natural way at home?

I’ve been suffering from yeast infections for years now and they have now become chronic. The drugs don’t help me anymore. The internet is full of different kinds of advice for natural cures, I have already tried some of them with no success. I was wondering are there really effective natural methods for yeast infections?

Yes, there are a lot of natural remedies, but it is not important which one do you take or apply, but when and how much of them you apply. Right timing and dosage are the key to success. There is not one natural treatment that will solve your problem. You always have to combine several treatments, the point is to kill the infection from inside, not outside.
Why don’t you check some simple methods that have already helped many yeast infection sufferers?
It sounds gross, but try inserting PLAIN yogurt (greek is best, NO sugar) inside of you, just as you would the Monostat cream. Make sure you wear a pad (to avoid a mess), and it’s best to do this before bedtime. Also, avoid SUGAR and simple carbs (white flour, pasta, juices, etc.) as best you can until the yeast infection subsides. Yeast infections *thrive* off of sugar. Up your water intake and drink unsweetened cranberry juice, this will help flush your system. Lastly, eat as much plain (again, greek is best) yogurt as you can stomach. The bacteria in the yogurt helps regulate your body’s natural bacteria levels inside you. Hope this helps.

But when i do i use a PLASTIC tampon.
I put the original flavor of yogurt on the plastic insert of the tampon.
It has to be original flavor of yogurt.

Along with avoiding the sugar, you can soak in a warm bath for about 15-20 minutes with a handful or so of baking soda. Avoid wearing tight tight pants, don’t wear underwear when you don’t have too–like go to bed in loose shorts or a skirt, and make sure that your underwear is as cotton as it gets. It might take a while, but this is what I was told to do by a doctor.
I would recommend using vinegar in a bath as well. Vinegar is extremely amazing… I understand that Apple Cider Vinegar is best to use when it comes to the body, but I’m sure the others work just as well.

Yeast infections aren’t that easy to permanently get rid of. Many products can temporarily relieve the symptoms, but a long term treatment approach will be your best bet to completely elliminate it.
One of the more popular and effective homeopathic solutions is yeastrol. It’s very effective at treating vaginal, penile and oral yeast infections.
What you can also do to speed your recovery is to change you diet in a way that will starve the yeast organisms (Candida).

Add water and an apple cider vinegar in a sit bath and soak it for 10 min. Another option is to apply the apple cider directly on the affected area with a cotton boll. Make sure to use raw unfiltered apple cider vinegar. My favorite is the Bragg brand.

Monistat didn’t work for me.. my doctor prescribed me meds and it made even worst!
Despite when it manage to heal, the yeast infection will come back again (means it’s not fully cured).
I realized the only real cure for Yeast infection is doing the natural way so it won’t come back again!
