External yeast infection?
I have an external yeast infection (diagnosed with it last august from my doctor). since then, i’ve been using creams, pills, eating yogurt daily, trying to do everything possible to help it go away. The itching and burning feeling is mainly in my clitoris, its also red, and on my labia. I dont feel it at all in the inside, so i know its external. I’ve also looked over natural remedies but they all seem to be for internal and mine isn’t so i dont know what to do now. I want a cure once and for all.. any help?

I am sure having an external yeast infection is annoying, especially since you can’t seem to get rid of it.
You said that you’ve eat yogurt everyday. It’s a common fact that eating yogurt is used to cure yeast infections but you may also want to try putting some plain, unsweetened yogurt in the opening of your vagina. This may help especially for an external yeast infection.
You may also want to eliminate some food and beverage items from your diet such as cheese, dried foods, peanuts, dried fruits, alcohol, and fruit drinks. You can check out the following article because it has some great home remedies that you may have not tried yet: http://www.womans-health.net/home-cure-for-yeast-infection.htm There’s also a very informative article about a yeast diet that you may want to try: http://www.womans-health.net/candida_yeast_diet4.htm The foods listed in the diet are items that probably already have in your kitchen and can be prepared for any meal of the day.
Are you eating a container of yogurt every day, one that contains live yogurt cultures? Wear only 100% cotton underwear and don’t wear any at all at night. Don’t take bubble baths since the bubble bath soap can irritate it. Don’t douche as you remove good bacteria. Don’t use fancy scented soaps to wash down there, I use Dial and rinse REALLY well and have never had a problem. Drink plenty of water. And until you get it cleared up, do not have sex! Not only can it keep getting passed back to you but your partner can come down with a yeast infetion as well.
if you wear tight clothing stop make sure you underwear fit you losly, make sure your "below the belt" area stays as dry as possible, and very clean wash up about three times daily not inclouiding when you take baths or showers…that a way to help it go away, keep doing what your doin but try and stay away from food with yeast in to!!!
this is considered a vaginal yeast infection, in order to get relief and cure, you must use vaginally inserted products like 3- 5- or 7 day treatments like Monistat- any store brand will do fine in a moderate price range $10-30. if these are the things you have already used without relief you must return to your doctor- this is an unreasonable amount of time to struggle without your doc’s help. good luck
