Does anyone know if it is safe to use OTC yeast infection medication while pregnant? I am 19 weeks along?

Yes, it is, but let your doctor know (mine told me it was OK) because they may want to confirm you have one. Also, use the 7 day treatment (gynelotrimin), not the one day, because the yeasties in us pregnant women are aggressive buggers who don’t respond to Monistat sometimes and take longer to treat. Make sure you are eating yogurt everyday, don’t wear undies at night, and cut down on your sugar intake. that should help it from coming back.
Also, avoid sex during the treatment period, the acidity of sperm can increase the yeast because it creates a favourable growing environment.
