So I was bleeding when I was getting fingered. So I went to the gyno & had a pap smear done I have a yeast infection & BV. Is it possible that the yeast infection & BV caused me to bleed? Im curing my infections Im taking pills and a medicine that you insert into the vagina. How long does this cause to go away? I think I’ve had the yeast infection for a long time is this bad?

Ive had a yeast infection on and off for a month now so i know how uncomfortable it can be. Yeast infections and BV do NOT cause bleeding. was it your first time getting fingered? if so he may have broken your hymen (which is normal) which caused the bleeding. if it isnt ur first time maybe he did it too hard and u got a lil tear inside..either way it shouldnt be anything to worry about especially if the doctor didnt find anything serious wrong.
As for the yeast infection, at first i used the vagina inserts but the infection kept coming back so my doctor prescribed me sporasec..and it went away in a day or so….i havent had it in about a week so i hope its gone for good. its not bad to have a yeast infection for so long..however it is uncomfortable, ive heard of ppl who’s had it for YEARS…including one woman who had it for 7 years.
the pills should work though..if it comes back check ur doctor again, maybe u need a different prescription…good luck
first of all u can always bleed from sex or being fingered..depending on how rough someone is or how someone inserts fingers or penis. Now if u had a yeast infection for a long time no possible. U will know if yeast infection is there because as it progressed it would of itched like u wouldn’t believe. Now usual med for infection last up to seven days but there is med out there to get rid of it in one day. Any pharmacy carries it…my advice be careful and go for regular check ups and call obgyn as soon as anything doesn’t seem right or bothersome…
