do yeast infections go away on their own?

i’ve had a yeast infection for 3 months and haven’t had it cured yet, someone told me that it would go away on its own, is this true?

eh they don’t just go away because it’s an overaccumulation of yeast inside of you, and yeast is present in small proportions in the body naturally. If you want it to go away you just take one tablet of medicine for yeast infections and it disappears in less than a day.
I asked my doctor this once and she told me to never leave it alone. You need to treat it because it can become even more irritated and start to itch worse, burn, and even cause bacteria to infest there. You need to take care of this as soon as you can.
They can go away on their own but this can take a week up to a couple of months to clear.
See your doctor and see what they recommend.
Until then, don’t wear tight clothing and wear cotton underwear, no thongs.
Wash the area thoroughly and try not to itch, it’s difficult I know, I used to suffer with them once every 2-3 months.

hi i have been suffered by yeast infection before.I went to see my gynae and she did gave me a tablet to insert inside mine but then it comes again and again until i ignore it.Now the itch stop but it turns out to have viginal rushes.u beter go see doctor
YOu need some cream from the chemist and use it for 5-7 days straight. Do not go for the 1 tablet or 1-3 day creams as they are not as effective…you have had this for ages so you need a full-on attack plan. Avoid sexcess ugar and soft drinks and lots of yeasty foods, wear cotton undies, only wash with cool water down there and avoid tight pants, at night go "commando". All these things will get rid of the infection,,,it does not go away on its own. You will star to feel better within hours of first applying the cream Caneston is the one I like best as it doesnt burn like MOnistat.
well for 3 months then something is wrong for sure if and when i get them usually its from antibitices sometimes and i get sometghing over the counter and if not i eat lotttsss of yougart and dring lots!!!!!! of water and cranberry juice..go to doctor and get the one time pill called DIFLUCAN
