Can I go swimming after a cured yeast infections? Please reply! I need to know!?

So, yesterday was the last of my 3- Day treatment but it had stopped on the 2nd day. I put the 3 day of the vaginal cream insert thing, last night and i checked today and it stopped.
Can I go swimming?
Like in a hot tub or the pool?
Please answer andthank you!
