Can anyone tell me the “secret” in Natural Cure for Yeast Infection By Sarah Summer?

Unfortunately, I am one of those 5% of people that get re-occurring yeast infections. My best cure found thus far has been 100% Aloe (natural enemy of the Candida yeast). I am curious to know what she has discovered that I can't research anywhere else. I am hoping that someone could enlighten me on her findings.

Apple vinegar douche. I really don't know what she recommends. However, I do know that taking acilodophilus daily, provides good bacteria to your intestines, and can also help stave off an overabundance of yeast. Go to your nearest health food store and ask for recommendations. They will be most happy to help.
Some women swear on never wearing underwear.
Im not sure what the magic of aloe is (except for perhaps the PH level) but recurrant yeast is often indicative of a high sugar diet and stress amoung other things such as a weakened immune system (again stress) and is common in pregnacy. The best thing you can do is get a good bill of health, eat PLAIN yogart daily (or do the supplements), not take antibiotics unless absolutely necessary and of course be kind to you woman parts by wearing no undies or cotton undies and even going without tampons for awhile-basically-LET HER BREATH

Of course what seems like reacurrant yeast can be something more along the lines of a STD so always be SURE, esp. if sexually active, to check with your doc to make sure its not some other evil kootie that acts like a yeast infection. And as always make sure your partner has a clean bill of health and is well wrapped as men can carry things (yes including yeast) and share things that dont often show like they do in women.
I haven't read her but works everytime to insert a capsule of acidopholus (sp) also take a couple of capsules orally for a few days. Avoid Beer, Bread, sugar, anything that promotes or contains yeast.
dont know about this person, but go to good health food store and get Jarro-dopholis with the yellow cap…chew four everday…for about two months…no sex during this time cause it just aggrivates the whole thing…get off the pill which is a many contibutor, no sugar, and also get a look at the healthy healing book for more infomation about the cures…
I paid 52 dollars for mine and it was money well spent…there are awesome cures with simple things like teas, herbs,and reflexology is included…I even help friends and family from this book…we gotta get off the meds…
