A UTI now? or still just yeast infection symptoms?
About a week ago i self diagnosed myself with a yeast infection. I am not sexually active, and had just finshed a dose of prednizone topped with a wet bathing suit for one day. I had the classic symptoms. discharge intense itching soreness burning etc. I purchased monistat 7 day ointment and today is my last day. the discharge and soreness had disappeared but has been replaced by a burning coming from where i go pee. It burns when i pee and it is a slight constant pain and a slight itch. I feel like a have to pee alot. Could this be a UTI, or is my yeast infection just not fully healed?

Symptoms of UTI are burning urine, back pain, peeing more than often, and sometimes stomach pain.
Also please vist a doctor to test if you are.
It could still be the yeast infection, but you should go see a doctor just to be safe. Especially if you notice that your urine is cloudy, dark, or smells unusual. Urinary tract infections can spread to your kidneys if left untreated and you could end up in the hospital.
