I have a yeast infection, so I bought a yeast infection cream. Can it reduce the effectiveness of the pills?

I am so frustrated that this pill (Augmentin) I am taking for my sinuses has given me a yeast infection in my rectal region. I just learned it’s a side effect. I want this gone ASAP, as anyone would, earlier today I thought it was a reaction to something else and have been putting cortizone on it, what should I be administering instead? Obviously if this were a vaginal yeast infection I could look to monistat. What creams do i put on an anal yeast infection? How long will this last? It’s not horrible, but it’s definitely there and I want this gone. I feel disgusting. I hate this pill. I’m not taking it anymore.

Ok so I’m 13 and I think I have a yeast infection it itches and burns.. Im to scared to tell my mom about it so like how can I cure it myself and if not how do I tell my mom since we don’t ever talk about this kind of stuff please help and no stupid answers..
