I have taken two pills to cure the infection and the white cottage cheese looking stuff is still there. Also I am still a little irritated. What does this mean?

I don’t know what to do. I can’t get to a doctor to check but I’m pretty sure I have one. I have discharge and my vagina is giving off a very terrible smell also I’m very swollen and itchy there. My problem is that I’m a virgin and I can’t use monistat or anything like that because I am not, well popped yet and I don’t want to do that to myself, so is there anything I can take by mouth to cure this?

I am pregnant. and just took my glucose test. they said i have a somewhat high blood sugar level. could a yeast infection cause a higher blood sugar level? or could a yeast infection be caused by gestational diabetes??
