For a female though. I heard Vagisil? It’s just started to become itchy. Thick yellow discharge that smells and it’s a confirmed Yeast Infection. She’s not able to go to the doctors for a few days, and I don’t think waiting is safe, so what can be done?

And if I’m the cause of her Yeast Infection, should I get checked?
Is there anything in pill form that can be taken?

My regular OBGYN is on vacation this week and the on call Dr. didn’t even see me in the office, she just said soak in Aveeno oatmeal baths and use hydrocortizone. I just don’t want this to go "untreated" and hurt my son when I could just stop in and get an exam.
