My husband was treating himself for athlete’s foot. Now several days later, I have a vaginal yeast infection. I asked him if he had been washing his hands after applying the cream to his feet; of course he said yes, but I’m not so sure. Has anybody else had this situation? I’m burning & itching! Tried the Monistat 1 day treatment, I felt like I was lit on fire. It kept me awake all night. I am not prone to yeast infections, so I am very upset.
I knew both conditions were caused by the same thing (along with thrush in the mouth). I just wanted to know how easy this is to transfer/spread! I guess anything is possible.

Curing a yeast infection with yogurt?

I have a yeast infection and I want to cure it with yogurt. I went to a few stores searching for plain yogurt with no sugar… all I could find was yogplait light with no fat or sugar but it has splenda… is that ok??? it says it contains antioxidants and probiotic cultures.
i don’t have to money to buy a bunch of herbs and stuff. I just wanted to know if it was ok because splenda is not actually sugar? no one really answered that directly so too late i have started to use it!
